Mage of All Trades advancement should respect disabled Spells or use alternate condition

Suggestion details:
Currently, if even a single spell is disabled, the Mage of All Trades advancement becomes impossible to complete, this is a bit of an issue for some modpacks such as MC Eternal, which has a Quest for the advancement, but also has disabled specific spells due to exploits they enable.
