Hello, it seems like there is a rendering conflict between your mod and JEI. This conflict is causing the text to appear in the top left corner of the screen, as shown in the attached image. The JEI version is 11.6.0.1016 and the Electrodynamics version is 1.19.2-0.8.0-5.

This has been fixed and will be out with the next update
