I can't disable oregen in 1.19.2

I try to disable oregen with this config:
electrodynamics.txt
electrodynamics_ore_config.txt

but doesn't work.

I try your PR but when I launch the game it's crash with ballistix so I assume he need also you version fix of ballistix but I can't get compiled

The config file is vastly different in the update. You have not built the correct item.
