This mod can use wires to convert electricity to Forge Energy, and perhaps add a facility to convert Forge Energy to electricity. You can use the code of the Coal Generator as a reference.
In terms of voltage, the voltage can be adjusted like the upgrade transformer MK 2, and Forge Energy can be used as "fuel" to generate electricity.
