Can't progress Elementopedia past the first entry on Inert Elemental Crystals

Describe the bug
When I mine and pick up an inert elemental crystal, the guidebook does not unlock any additional entries.

Using elementalcraft-1.20.1-6.0.1
Using Patchouli-1.20.1-84-FORGE
Also tested with Patchouli-1.20.1-81-FORGE, and noticed the same behaviour.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Mine an inert elemental crystal ore
  2. Craft the guidebook (Elementopedia)
  3. Read the entries
  4. Mine another inert elemental crystal ore
  5. Check guidebook to see nothing unlocked :(

Expected behavior
Guidebook progress! :D
