The fire that magma creepers spawn when walking can destroy blocks such as buttons, slabs, torches, and most prominently soul sand blocks when they spawn in soul sand valleys, falling through the floor.
Also unrelated, but they make too big of a mess when they explode, wouldn't it be better if it spawns flowing lava instead of lava blocks?
