[Suggestion] Add command for enabling, disabling, and modifying dodge

Really loved the idea of this mod, wanted to add this to my modpack and replace the older version. But this version is a lot less configurable atm compared to the first one. would be nice if we can configure it in-game so I can add progression to the dodge mechanic as well!
