[Suggestion] Dodging without enough feathers as a config option

So I was trying to recreate (to some degree, obviously not perfectly.) the roll mechanic in Minecraft dungeons, and I thought it would be helpful if there was an additional condition you could turn on in the config to allow players to dodge even if they do not have enough feathers, provided they have at least some feathers.

My suggestion is to add an option that allows the player to dodge with fewer feathers than required, but with less force. For instance, in my case, I want to make dodging require a full dodge bar. (20 feathers) However, this would make players who wear any armor at all unable to ever dodge. If this config option were turned on, a player with armor taking up half of their dodge bar would be able to dodge, although only with half of the force of a normal dodge. if they had armor taking up half their dodge bar and their dodge bar was only 75% full, (10 points covered by armor and 5 full, 5 empty.) then they could only dodge with 25% of the force of a normal dodge.

Dodging would still of course "cost" the same amount of feathers regardless of how much armor you wore. For instance, in the first scenario, with the player with half of their dodge points armored, their entire bar would still be used, meaning they would have to spend the same amount of time regenerating dodge points as anyone else, their dodge points would go "below" their armor points. The same would not be true if what was stopping a player from doing a full dodge was a low dodge bar as opposed to armor. If a player with no armor dodged with only 3 dodge points when it requires all 20, he would do a very weak dodge and be set to zero points, not -17. But if the same player had only 3 dodge points available because the other 17 were covered by armor, and dodging required, say, 5 points, he would dodge as if he had 3 points, (the same as the first player) but still be charged 5 points, meaning he would have -2 points, two points would be taken from what is normally blocked off by his armor, which he would have to regenerate like normal.

This would allow for dodge force to be directly impacted by armor weight, which seems more realistic.

Also, if it is possible for the max force for dodging (in the config.) to be increased a little, that would also be quite helpful.
