[Suggestion] Option for lightweight enchantement to not appear in the enchantment table

As the title says, an option for the LightWeight Enchantment to not show up in the Enchantment Table, much like the "Mending" enchant.

I second this, I was also hoping that we would be able to just disable the enchantment altogether.
