Give the option the lock the dash ability behind a stage.

I would love to see this too! It would be great if it was added in a similar fashion to how it is implemented in Elenai Dodge 1.12, where you can lock dash AND airborne dash with individual gamestages, and adding back commands for changing the strength of dodges and cost could be great too.
