Please label what dimensions the different sections apply to in cloud_layers.json (so keyed Json instead of an array), and please make sure it has both the namespace and the dimension name.

Also please add a blacklist for rendering clouds in certain dimensions in cloud_settings.json The clouds render in the Nether and the End, as well as every modded dimension. (and making it where it just completely skips the entire process for the dimension and doesn't need that dimension in cloud_layers.json would be nice, if possible)

Lastly, please add the ability to disable (or perhaps alter, but at least disable) the altitude based speed modifier for certain dimensions in elytra_flight_settings.json. The ability to also completely disable elytra flight in certain dimensions would also be nice.
