Currently the version for 1.19.3 is the oldest version on modrinth - files for 1.19.2 and earlier are only on curseforge. Would it be possible to add them to modrinth too (especially the fabric 1.19.2 version)?

I have just uploaded an older version (1.1.1) to modrinth that should support 1.18 - 1.19.2 versions.
