[Bug]: Incompatibility with Continuity + Supplementaries

Bug description
when using Elytra Trims together with the Continuity and Supplementaries mods, the Elytra 3D item model doesn't work, it reverts to the Vanilla model
this only happens when both Continuity and Supplementaries are present, if one of the two isn't the problem doesn't occur (it was quite difficult to figure this out)
im using Fabric 1.20.1, Continuity 3.0.0-beta.4, Supplementaries 2.8.10 and only other necessary mods

Steps to reproduce
- Install Elytra Trims (+dependencies)
- Install Supplementaries (+dependencies)
- Install Continuity
- Install ModMenu and YACL (to configure the mod)
- Try to see the 3D Elytra Item Model
