Protection is not being applied while in the Trinket (Cape) slot

Tested with a pressure plate, dispenser and an arrow.

Damage taken while the Elytra is in the Chestplate slot: 2.52
Damage taken while the Elytra is in the Cape slot: 3
Damage taken without the Elytra: 3

this is for when you replace chestplate with elytra
not to unlock additional levels of protection
