Biome Blacklist

Hey! I'd really like a config to turn the biomeWhitelist into a blacklist - It's impractical to whitelist all biomes but 1, and that's what I'm looking to do, because Sprouts and Fairies are mass-spawning inside the Compact Machines dimension.
