The storage and speed of some blocks should be modifiable,for example:Copper Cell,Ember Receptor,Creative Ember Source,Ember Funnel .etc

Just as a little update this is the current config structure in the config-rework branch. In other words there are almost 10 times as many options as before.

Furthermore everything is editable ingame if you choose to do so. Either way every option now comes with an explanation.

If you have any other options in mind let me know. I try to add a little bit more polish to the current set of configs and then I'm going to merge it into the main branch and upload a new version.
