Changing the Fluid Quantity Input/Output changes the display of ingots/nuggets

I want to change the value of ingots to be 144 mb of their molten fluid, but doing so changes the bottom tooltip from "1 Ingot" to "1 Ingot, 5 Nuggets, 4mb". Is there a place in which I can configure that tooltip to either disappear, or just say "1 Nugget" for every 144mb instead of every 90mb?
Currently this is hardcoded but I'll see if I can find a good way to make it configurable.
