Whenever an embers pipe inserts or extracts an item/fluid from a thermal expansion machine I get the below error:

Steps to reproduce:
Transfer fluid into a thermal expansion tank or dynamo using fluid pipes.
Transfer items in or out of a machine using item pipes

I am playing on the Exoria modpack version 1.3.0c
Relevant mods and versions:
Forge: 14.23.4.2705
Embers: 0.230
Soot: 0.18hotfix
CoFH Core: 4.5.2.19
CoFH World 1.2.0.5
Thermal Foundation: 2.5.0.19
Thermal Expansion: 5.5.0.29
Thermal Dynamics: 2.5.1.14
Thermal Cultivation: 0.3.0.7

Tested with and without Optifine, still happens.

PC Specs:
Intel i5 6600k
AMD Rx 480
8Gb RAM
