Power flower charm not generating emc in ProjectE Pedestal

I think this also happens with the necklaces.

ProjectE: ProjectE-1.16.5-PE1.0.1B
EMC Baubles: emcbaubles-1.16.5-1.1.0

I want to add that none of the necklaces generate EMC on pedestals either.

Using emcbaubles-1.16.5-1.1.0 and ProjectE-1.16.5-PE1.0.1B
