Piglins don't anger if gold ore is broken, but will go after chunks

Describe the bug/enhancement
It seems Piglins currently don't anger if any of this mod's gold ore versions are broken, so if the nether gold ore is replaced with this mod's there's no danger in mining it. I think they should become angry because it'd make sense to keep consistent with vanilla mechanics.
