Emerald Geodes are too rare, especially in mod packs with many different cave biomes. They are given very few opportunities to actually generate.

Feature checklist:

• Allow emerald geodes to generate in any biome
• Make emerald geodes generate at high altitudes only, similar to coal
• Revisit what biomes Lapis Geodes generate in -- maybe allow any "warm" biome instead of just deserts?
