Pyrite should be able to be smelted or blasted into Iron, not only as a new renewable resource for it, but also since Pyrite in real life is mined for as an Iron Ore, and is smelted as such. This may also make Lapis Lazuli Geodes more useful and valuable, and getting another use out of Pyrite, other than tricking Piglins for kicks or as a building block, seems viable.
