When you disable EMI Loot in curseforge using the toggles, it automatically disables other mods including EMI, not sure if thats a EMI Loot problem or a curseforge problem

Curseforge issue. When you disable a mod, it decides you want to disable all of it's dependencies too, for better or worse.
