Yo! First of all, I want to say EMI is great, it's my favorite item/recipe viewer mod!
One thing is kinda missing for me personally, but I think many people would love to have that:

A filter to show recipes that use at least one ingredient currently in your inventory, even if you don’t yet have everything needed.

Modern Bedrock Crafting Book works that way, and it makes things wayyy easier to plan for the future. Like, for example, I have 1 diamond, but I already can see that enchantment table could be crafted from that, or tools, or something cool from 9999 mods I have, etc. And it kinda sparks interest "Aha, that cool thing I can make from diamonds if I go find obsidian and make a book, riiight!"

Why not to use "U" to see all the possible things you can craft? Well, its a way to go kinda, yeah, but Imo it's more a "wiki" solution rather than a moment-to-moment gameplay one. Again, this feature is present in bedrock and it 100% makes flow of the game much easier to maintain.
