[Feature Request] Option to Expand Potion Effects

Starting from 0.5.0, EMI collapses potion effects that are not moved. This is useful when they interfere with the sidebar, but rather inconvenient when there is enough space for effects to expand. It would be great if users can toggle this option manually.
