Could you please add REI plugin compatibility? It should greatly improve compatibility with most of the mods available.
However, it can be seen that it would be a hard work to finish. I don't know much about such mod compatibility, but I think the JEI compatibility layer of REI is a good example.

REI's api is massive and doesn't cleanly map to EMI. Systems such as the recipe tree wouldn't even be able to function properly were this done. I'm not going to discourage the development of this by a third party, but I will not be doing this first party, unfortunately, it would take too much dev time that could be better spent on fixing bugs and adding features.
