It would be convenient to have a setting in the Dev section of the config that lets you quickly toggle all the recipe and category filters, as well as the "hidden from recipe viewers" tag. I'd like to have these files active for players of the pack, but still be able to see everything during development, and this would be a convenient feature, even if it still requires reloading EMI whenever it's toggled.

This is a good idea, as a stretch goal I think it'd also be a good idea to indicate which recipes are hidden visually with this on
