[1.19.2] [Forge] Quark's improved tooltips do not display

The tooltips from the 'improved tooltips' module from Quark do not display when hovering over items in EMI's menus, both in the main item index and in the recipe view.
This bug is present with just EMI and Quark installed, forge 43.2.11.
