Please add chest item retrieval function

This is out of scope for EMI. Functionality like this is provided in several mods, and historically, none of them have been recipe viewers. There is no benefit for this to be implemented in EMI rather than another mod, so I don't believe it should prevent other mods with a potentially better implementation from existing. Sorry.
