[Feature Request] Alternative "Fill Recipe" behaviour

The idea is, add a config option whether it should be possible to always fill the recipe and skip missing ingredients.
The main reason behind this is, sometimes while hovering over this button, it does not show what is missing (maybe because EMI is not integrated into the mod itself and just uses JEI background?) and therefore it's hard to say what is missing.
This would also be potentially useful when using handlers attached to a persistent inventory, that keep the crafting ingredients in place after leaving the screen rather than spitting them back at you. You could fill what you have and then go off to find the missing bits.

Основная причина этого в том, что иногда при наведении на эту кнопку не показывается то, чего не хватает (может быть, потому, что EMI не интегрирован в сам мод и просто использует фон JEI?), и поэтому сложно сказать, чего не хватает.
It would also be interesting to see if you know the reverse recipe, for example, you clicked on a cobblestone and showed you branches from a variety of recipe options in reverse order, yes, of course there are hundreds and thousands of possible items, but it would be purely interesting to look at how much everything can be created from one stone, in the form of a huge recipe tree, and not just one item.
