[1.21] [Neoforge] Missing Fish Fillet recipes from Aquaculture

The knife + Fish = Fish fillet was working in EMI 1.1.7 but stopped working on 1.1.8.
Aquaculture-1.21-2.7.2.jar
Neoforge: 21.0.42

Is this still the case on 1.1.10?

Nope, I just updated it to 1.1.10, and still the same.
EMI does not show the Fish Fillet recipe while JEI does.
