As per the EmiRecipe javadoc

* IDs should be standard formatting (minecraft:lime_dye_from_smelting) only if they uniquely represent a data driven json recipe.

Check that every registered EmiRecipe with a non-synthetic ID actually exists by looking it up in the recipe manager. Log those that don't.
