I also have this problem. @Elpximso as a tamporary fix, It is solved by turning off batched renderer, but that also reduces performance by a lot.
Another example, no clue why water and coal blocks would render fine but the rest don't:
From discussions in the discord, Gregtech causes an issue just like this, so if GT is installed that is probably root cause. I believe they are working on a fix
