Achievement notification fail to open when a GUI is open with EMI

If you have a GUI opened with EMI and get an achievement, the achivement notification toast waits for the GUI to be closed before showing
This is inconsistant with vanilla which shows the toast while still in the GUI

reproduction steps

  1. launch a new creative game
  2. take diamonds from the creative inventory to get the cover me in diamond achievement
  3. see that the toast didn't show
  4. close the inventory
  5. see that the toast now appear

versions

minecraft : 1.21.1
neoforge : 21.1.115
EMI : 1.1.20+1.21.1+neoforge

This is intended behavior to not constantly overlap the UI with recipe popups, they'll still show up when you exit your inventory.
