The game freezes for more than 10 secs to reload EMI, even up to 40 secs that the inner server kick me from my single player world.

I found the mod Tinker's Construct is suspicious when I was solving another issue. Should I open a new issue there?

Interesting I also have Tinker's installed and EMI takes a lot longer to load compared to JEI. Especially when opening the creative inventory, my game will become unresponsive for about 15 seconds, compared to JEI it only takes around 2 seconds to load. However, once the initial freeze happens, its smooth as butter after.

I'll have to try disabling Tinker's and see if it helps

That is exactly what happened in my game.

If the game is freezing, that is not EMI's fault, some mod is taking a really long time to reload their creative tab contents. The log provided is saying it took 22 seconds, which is absurdly long, but it is unclear which mod is responsible.
