• If the mod requires JEI, make sure both EMI and JEI are installed together

This is an issue with Cucumber (Mystical Agriculture library mod). It has a custom recipe type: cucumber:shaped_no_mirror, which is a shaped recipe that can only be crafted exactly the same way as is was created in the datapack. For example, if the recipe is created as a top row recipe, it will not work in the middle or the bottom row.

However, when EMI is added, the recipe is centered. This is an issue, considering it will only work in the top row, not in the center. In some cases, fill recipe button also tries to fill the middle row, meaning players get stuck with no idea why the recipe doesn't work.
