With EMI installed, examining spell scrolls' info tabs seem to bug out. It will show different scrolls' info and has the option to cycle through a few other unrelated scrolls. These info panels also seem to be grabbing descriptions from every spell school and mashing them together into one massive paragraph. This doesn't happen with just JEI.
