EMI version: 1.1.21
IPN version: 2.1.6 tried other version
IPN buttons overlap with EMI after updating emi to 1.1.21.

never mind, my mistake, I thought it wasn't a problem in 1.1.20, seems like it's an ipn problem.

edit: on second thought, apparently ipn dev says it's an emi issue, I tested on rei and jei, rei has the same problem, jei is fixed on the other hand.

EMI's tooltips can't be moved because they'll cause issues with other mods, this is on IPN.
