It shows the items in EMI but it will not show any recipes.

So it's affecting ALL Recipes. I disabled all the create mods and it still happens

This shouldn't be relevant, Create on Fabric has native EMI support, PR'd by emi and still maintained by the porters.

I downgraded to create-fabric-0.5.1-f-build.1417+mc1.20.1 and it seems to work now (only on singleplayer)
Something in the Jetpack (j) version of Create isn't being pulled by EMI (it shows the item but no recipe & when trying give commands it's also not recognizing it. Creative mode works just fine.
