Attached images demonstrate the issue.
Each image is the same sidebar config at two different GUI scales, 4x and 5x.
The right sidebar has 16 rows, and is aligned to the right-top.
The bottom sidebar has 5 rows, and is aligned to the right-bottom.
The bottom sidebar is sometimes erroneously moving out of the way despite having enough space to meet its anchor point.
For the sake of thoroughness I also tested at 3x and 6x scale. At 6x scale the bottom sidebar truncates its contents to fit, and at 3x scale the bottom sidebar still moves leftward out of the way. Additionally I have a 4k monitor and am not sure what effects that has on this if at all.
