Incompatibility with EMF 3.0.0+

Describe the bug
The game crashes when booting up while using Emotecraft with the aforementioned version of EMF mod.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install Emotecraft and EMF (3.0.0 or up).
- Boot the game.
Expected behavior
The game boots normally.
Minecraft version+mod loader
- Version: 1.21.8
- Modded: Fabric 0.17.2
- Client
Mod version: 3.0.0-a.build.112

looks like this only affectes 1.21.4+ (atleast thats when your mixin history starts) i'll pr a fix as you seem to still update for 1.21+
