A description of the issue

Torch + multishot dupes the torches and creates multiple stacks due to one stack having an INTANGIBLE_PROJECTILE component.
Brimstone + multishot fires a brimstone and two regular arrows (even in survival, when I have no arrows in my inventory) instead of a big brimstone and two smaller ones like it did in 1.20-26 (the last 1.20.1 version).
Multishot + scatter seems to work as intended.
