A description of the issue

When walking on water with Buoy and walking over a waterlogged block, you will fall below the water's surface. This seems to happen with all waterlogged blocks that have a small enough collision box (such as kelp, seagrass, and trapdoors), however it has no noticeable effects when walking on waterlogged slabs, seemingly because when walking on water you are already standing one slab height below the surface. It often requires being in the center of the block so that you are not considered standing on any water source blocks, but can also happen if there are multiple of these waterlogged blocks bordering each other.

(in this clip I am not running the latest version but I tested it on 1.21.4-r2 and this issue exists there too)
