A description of the issue

When the two are used together (even with all vanilla enchants enabled and Enchancement's enchanting table set to work as-in vanilla), adding an enchant to the chiseled bookshelf leads to any items which can receive that enchant not having any options show up in the table at all

Yes, I am correct.

Chiseled Enchanting boots fine on both 1.21.1 and 1.21.4 on the latest version. Don’t remember whether I had to override the mod.json but none of the changes between those versions caused any problem with that particular mod, even its github has an identical-to-1.21.1 branch for 1.21.4 as it works on both, so the modrinth page not listing support does not affect this being an issue.

I'm unable to replicate this. Can you send a video showcasing an exact step by step demonstration?
