Bug Description

Upon using Bury on a player, it visually buries them... unless you're the player getting buried. If you are, when you get buried, nothing changes visually. You are just unable to move.
This could result in some weirdness with reach, but I haven't tested.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a LAN server and get a spare account
2. Bury the spare account
3. Observe the spare account. Note how it's buried
4. Observe the client for the spare account. Note that they are NOT buried on their side
