A description of the issue

As can be seen below, the More Tool Variants mod extends the #minecraft: tags, but enchantments for those tool types cannot be applied to the variants added by it. This should be fixable by making each enchantment applicable to the relevant tool type tag.

Enchancement actually disables using anvils for enchanted books and requires you to have the books in chiseled bookshelves providing power to an enchanting table; this should be working as intended, but if that also doesn't work then feel free to reopen the issue
