A description of the issue

Using the Disarm enchantment on Drowned holding Nautilus Shells doesn't actually remove it from them even though it makes them drop one, allowing the player to infinitely force it to drop multiples of the item over and over
This didn't work on Drowned with Tridents however, and I'm not sure if it works with any other mob with any other items
