Describe the bug

(testing with a voodoo poppet bound to myself)
Throwing a bound voodoo poppet into water will damage the targetted player once and then the poppet will vanish

Throwing a bound voodoo poppet into fire will not damage the player, the poppet will not burn up in the fire
