[1.16.5 Forge] Quadruple enchantment book creative tab registry of normal books, rather than tiered books

Please figure out some functionality to force enchanted books to either stay enchanted books when registering to the creative tab (because right now, the creative tab is just generating 5 normal books for every enchantment), or don't let creative registry pick up the custom books at all.
