Suggestion (Required)

As the title says, it would be nice to have built in support for "Universal Enchants"
As of right now, it says that enchants are incompatible when they aren't.
Ex: Can't enchant a sword with "Sharpness" and "Smite" or an armor piece with "Protection" and "Fire Protection"

I'm still having an issue on 1.20.1, 8.0.3.

Obviously it doesn't have the built in support, but also trying to change the config file to allow things like mending to be used, the file resets when I restart the server to apply the changes.

Any help greatly appreciated.
